ZM-G450 is a multi-functional mobile phone maintenance equipment, with the functions of removing battery cover, removing TP (including folding screen) and pressing. For the convenience of user operation, the equipment is equipped with a touch screen,and the parameter setting can be completed on it directly. For different products can be quickly replaced with different pressure-holding molds, and the pressure-holding time and pressing force can be controlled and adjusted at the same time; ZM-G450 is light and mini, no need to take up too much space, the total weight is only 45KG, which is suitable for workshops, laboratories maintenance outlets or stores.
After the mobile phone is put in, press the buttons on both sides to start, the equipment will automatically perform left and right clamping, jacking, rear clamping actions, and complete the adsorption. If the adsorption fails, it will auto-alarm. The equipment equipped with a tension sensor to monitor the disassembly force,and the disassemble angle and speed can be adjusted.
After the phone is put in, press the buttons on both sides to start, the drawer will enter and starts to press. When the operation is completed, the drawer will pop up automatically. The press-fit drawer has an anti-pinch function, and the press-fit force can be set arbitrarily from 50N-1600N.
